Welcome to Car Exchange Philippines!
3We’d like to welcome you to the launching of Car Exchange Philippines.
Around mid-year 2006, I bought my very first car from blogging. It was a Mitsubishi Lancer ’97 1.6 GL, colored red. It was ecstatic and it was my first time in almost 3 decades to drive any four-wheel vehicle. It was practically a joy for me (crosses off one bullet on the wishlist).

I had so many things done to it and have actually gone to various places in Luzon — Baguio, Pampanga, Olongapo, Laguna, Dasmarinas, Tagaytay — yes, even as far as Vigan city.
During this whole process of buying, joy riding and maintaining the car, I thought it was a bit hard for me to find out really helpful resources on the internet about owning one. So, the idea of having a blog to chronicle this journey would be nice. It will come from a perspective of a real newbie driver or car owner. It will be experiential and it will be self-developmental in a sort of way.
What better way to tap into the huge resources just in front of my pad in Evangelista. I am tagging along me best-friend/personal driver/tokayo, here as he is more adept into the intricacies of motoring.
More details and features as we unfold this new blog.
